Burrows & Sunaway Opticians were founded in 2001 by optometrists Tim burrows BSc(Hons) MCOptom and William Sunaway BSc(Hons) MCOptom. Our aim is to provide high quality high quality eyecare for all ages in a relaxed, friendly environment. We continually invest in up to date optometric equipment to ensure our eye examinations and dispensing services are of the highest standard. Private and NHS patients are all welcome and for those who qualify for an NHS voucher, free glasses are available. There are many children’s frames available free under the NHS voucher scheme. As an independent practice, we are able to provide an extensive range of spectacle frames (high quality budget to many designer brands) and lenses. Soft and rigid gas permeable contact lenses are fitted and a comprehensive contact lens aftercare service is available, including an emergency appointment facility for our contact lens patients who have acute problems.
