We took our laptop to have the screen repaired at the address given 63 Hamilton road in High Wycombe. On returning to collect the laptop, The screen had been replaced but the clips on the bezzle that hold the screen together had been broken and replaced with Gaffer tape now holding my screen together. They refused to replace the bezzle or give us a receipt for the work carried out and then further blocked our number on what's app and from calls. Further research shows an alleged qualified medical practitioner and medical companies are registered to this same address. Dr Waqas Ajaz Gondal and Gondal Medical Limited. Dodgy cash only, fake PC Repair service with no links to Facebook or Google to avoid reviews like this. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PC TO BE REPAIRED TO THIS COMPANY.
Terrible Service
Rude and Aggressive, I paid £150 to have my PC repaired. I collected and took home, it was still the same. I called them to speak to them about the matter and they became Rude and Aggressive, Swearing at me, horrible people.
