Shirley is Certified to Master Practitioner level in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy and has an HND in Social Care. She is full of enthusiasm and has a wealth of experience in management within the statutory, private and voluntary sectors. She is passionate about people and creating environments where they are encouraged to thrive. Within the first few years of running her company she won the Customer Service Award and was a finalist in the Best Place to Work Award in the Ballymena Business Awards. Shirley believes when individuals are encouraged to learn about themselves and supported as they unlock their potential, they will live fulfilling lives, build strong relationships and networks, be an inspiration to others and an asset to any organisation they choose to work for.
