Bridge Veterinary Practice opened in October 1986 by Annie & Brian Thompson. Back then Brian was a small animal and equine vet covering Wroxham and the surrounding areas. Annie was the receptionist and nurse and from there the practice has grown. Changes and shifts within the veterinary profession began to see vets focus more on large animal, equine or small animal practice; thus the practice became the small animal practice it is today. Lots of the staff have been with Bridge for over fifteen years. David Martin joined the practice back in November 2004 as a small animal vet, his role changed over the years to lead vet and then in November 2015 when Brian and Annie retired, David and Marie purchased the practice, along with their friends and colleagues Roger Bannock, Tom Robertson and Guy Pitcher. David and Marie Martin, with the help and support of their colleagues have ensured Bridge continues as a friendly family run, independent practice offering a full range of first opinion veterinary care for dogs, cats, rabbits and family pets, along with providing a personal, caring environment for the treatment and wellbeing of all your pets.
