There is sheltered outside space where you can sit with a drink and enjoy the sea air, free parking, lovely views and everything that you are likely to need for your holiday is within easy walking distance. All rooms have en suite facilities, most enjoy sea views and all are individually designed and tastefully decorated. We serve a delicious freshly cooked breakfast with freshly brewed coffee each morning (plus a good selection of cereals, muesli and yoghurt ) in our comfortable dining room from where you can enjoy a view of the sea and which we open up to the sea breeze whenever possible. Each room has free wi-fi, complimentary tea and coffee, hair dryer and tv. Irons/boards are available. Our comfortable lounge has a well stocked honesty bar and opens onto a sheltered verandah overlooking the gardens with sea views beyond. There is an abundance of good bars, cafes and restaurants close by and you can walk to the harbour, where water taxis and ferries are available to take you on a scenic trip 'up river', along the coast or across the bay to St. Mawes.
