We have a light, bright, beautiful studio which hosts the wide range of yoga and movement classes and also our programme of weekend workshops. We have three specially designed treatment rooms for natural therapies. We are located in a converted cotton warehouse in the historic Northern Quarter of Manchester. The building is owned by Manchester Buddhist Centre and you can find us on the 2nd floor. While you can now reach Bodywise by lift from the ground floor, building access is still via 6 steps. We give as much assistance as we can to those that need help up the 6 steps. We hope to offer full disabled access soon. Bodywise is a separately run business to the Manchester Buddhist Centre but we share our inspiration for supporting you to be well and develop yourself.
