In late 2013 we completed a large mezzanine floor which gave us much needed space, now totalling 7000sq feet, to add more equipment. The facilities now include an exclusive high tech cardiovascular area which complements our new 3000sq foot free weights gym offering two full sets of dumbbells ranging from 2 kg up to 70 kg. It also has a range of Olympic bars and discs, power racks and Olympic benches. Additionally, there is a full range of fixed weight machines which works all muscle groups. Once done, members can unwind with a few minutes in the sauna (both in the Lady’s and Men’s Changing Rooms), top up their tans and enjoy a protein shake or coffee in our bar and lounge area.
