We also run a weekly Forest Session for all our Pre-school children, run by Primary School Teachers. These Sessions give the children a fantasic opportunity to have fun outdoors, enjoying the natural environment and learning and developing through holistic play. "Like a camping holiday every week!" Your child can bring in packed lunches, or alternatively, we are happy to heat up hot meals for you. We provide the snacks throughout the day and milk is provided by us too. The nursery has four rooms: two for babies up until the age of two and a further two rooms for three and four year olds. Outside it has fantastic enclosed play areas and a play pavilion with for all weather outdoor play. The beautiful village of Staveley itself also offers play fields and an additional playground, a riverside walk and a forested area (see our seperate page for details of our forest sessions) - all within walking distance of the nusery, offering a superb range of outdoor play options for your child.
