Our classes combine elements of all these different styles giving the student a far greater training experience than if we focused on just one style alone. The benefits to our members include weight loss, fat burn, increased energy/fitness, improved stamina, enhanced self esteem and confidence, stress relief (the best form of stress relief after a hard days work is punching a pair of focus pads), and of course making new friends all while learning how to defend yourself.
