Blakes Estimating & Surveying Services Ltd was founded in 1989 by Andy Blake and incorporated as a limited company in 2003. Aaron, Andy Blake's son, joined the company in 1991 and has become the principle quantity surveyor providing contractors and developers with dilligent post contract financial management and cost control on new build and refurbishment projects which range in value from just a few thousand pounds to over 3 million pounds. As a company we are always pleased to be able to help and advise our clients using our extensive experience, not just with regard to cost but also specification and general construction matters. We fully understand the construction process from planning to completion and appreciate the industries many potential pitfalls and how they can be avoided.
