The aim of our therapists is to provide safe, ethical and professional therapy, creating an opportunity for you to work through difficult issues in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment. You may choose to bring to therapy issues that involve low self-esteem and confidence, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, work related stress, bereavement, loss, abuse, rape and identity issues. We work with people to help them to feel more whole and to enable them to experience life in the fullest way that is available to them. The therapy you receive will depend on your individual needs and the issues that you bring to therapy. In the therapy work, you may look at your past and discover how this impacts your current life and relationships, developing a relationship with your therapist which enables you to gain trust in relating to others again. You may look at ways of reducing your need to behave in ways which are destructive or unhealthy to you and others, or the work might be about reducing your tendency towards anxiety and depression.
