I work across the protected characteristics and groups in the Equality Act (2010), the Public Sector Equality Duty (2011) and with the NHS on the Equality Delivery System (EDS2). I am a specialist in consultation and engagement, as well as qualitative research, with equalities communities and groups. I am passionate about empowerment and leadership, group work, facilitation and training, as well as equality and social change. I work as a strategic partner in the delivery of hate crime and discrimination victim empowerment services in Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset and South Gloucestershire with Stand Against Racism and Inequality (SARI). I have worked with both Next Link and Survive on improving access to domestic violence and abuse services. I won the Ann Wood Award for making an Outstanding Contribution to Tackling Domestic Abuse in 2016.
