I’ve worked for chains and large estate agencies during my 20 years in the industry and felt the personal touch was being lost. It had gotten to the point of viewing people as numbers rather than valued customers who deserve great service and respect. It was this faceless anonymity that was the driving force behind setting up Benjamin Matthews Estate Agents. When you instruct us you’ll always have a constant point of contact — me. There’s no passing the buck and certainly no palming people off with excuses and ‘I’m sorry, the person dealing with your sale has left.’ Every sale matters to me. That’s why my motto is simply ‘Your Estate Agent’ because when I’m working on your behalf I’m exactly that.
