We don't treat children under the age of 14 years and between the ages of 14 and 16 years we need a parent or guardian to sign the consultation/consent form and be present for the treatment. Please don't bring chidren under the age of 14 years with you for your treatment as this may detract from your treatment and we are not able to look after them for you. Please note our Cancellation Policy: If 24 hours notice of cancellation or re-arranging an appointment is not given a 50% charge of the original treatment cost will be made. If the booking was made online then 100% charge will be made. Update for November 2018, due to the increase in late cancellations and non-cancellations we are implementing a new Deposit Policy: If you make an appointment in person or over the phone for a treatment or multiple treatments with a combined cost of £50 or more we will take a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This will then cover the non-cancellation fee should that happen.
