Bangor Golf Club is situated near the centre of Bangor overlooking Belfast Lough and the Antrim Hills. It has upwards of 1000 playing and social members but is very happy to welcome visitors and societies throughout the year and will tailor packages to meet the needs of each individual party, large or small. The 18 hole layout was designed by James Braid and although it has been modified it still retains many of its original features. The course has been redesigned in recent years to modern standards and presents the golfer with a challenge in scenic surroundings.
