As we are not a traditional high-street agent, we work closely with local letting agents and relocation agents in all the areas in which we operate. We work on a split-commission basis with local agents, and we rely on them to find us tenants. We conduct all viewings and once an offer is made and accepted, we take over the process from there and draw up the tenancy agreement, register the deposit with TDS, and organise the check-in and inventory.
