In 1987 Atlantic Properties started its first new construction project, White’s Landing, a luxury waterfront condominium project in Falmouth, Massachusetts. The success of this project enabled Stout to expand into the development of raw land in addition to purchasing existing properties. In 1999, Andrew, the oldest Stout son, joined the company as Property Manager and Real Estate Agent. In 2003, Andrew became a heavy equipment operator doing site work/gravel removal/road construction for Atlantic Properties’ projects. Andrew currently acts as CFO, Real Estate Agent and Property Manager for the company. In 2001, Ben, the younger Stout son, joined Atlantic Properties as Director of Sales & Leasing after working for Cushman Wakefield in Boston. Since then Ben has built a team of salespeople whose commitment to offering best in class service has made Atlantic Properties the premier commercial real estate brokerage firm in Massachusetts. Over the past 35 plus years, Atlantic Properties has evolved into a full service estate services firm capable of brokerage, consulting and property management.
