After The Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS) decided that their current offices weren't suitable anymore, they instructed Aspire to lead their relocation process. Aspire achieved a total savings of nearly £100,000 including a 10 month rent free period. The lease on the head office of Compassion in World Farming (CIWF) was coming to an end and they instructed Aspire to advise them on what to do next. Aspire reviewed their arrangements and recommended that they only needed half of their current space to suit their business requirements. Aspire led their negotiations with the landlord and secured an impressive rent reduction. In addition, Aspire also agreed a 6 month rent free period, saving CIWF over £120,000. Platform 51 vacated their Head Office after 27 years. They were issued with a Schedule of Dilapidations totalling £137,000. Following extensive negotiations, Aspire agreed a settlement of £45,000 — a saving of 67%.
