The more we know about our candidates, the more effective we can be at placing them in the right role. When we started ASL Recruitment, we set about creating a refreshingly new style of recruitment. One of the key differences was the founding team had not worked in a Recruitment Agency Environment. Some may see this as a disadvantage – we saw it as an opportunity. Having been on the receiving end of the relationship, both as clients and candidates, we were very aware of those characteristics we did not want to have. From this we set about building a recruitment company with a difference. We strived to be unique and set the standards of best practice within our industry.
