After 17 years with the ‘big boys’ starting Ashcroft Autocare was a learning curve, but the partners enjoyed being closer to the customer. This ensured that the customer came first – and enabled them to find out firsthand what their customers really want. Roy, Mark and their team are all highly trained and keep up to date with the latest technology. Both Roy and Mark are accredited by the Institute of Motor Industry (IMI). “We really are passionate about what we do – and, more importantly, what our customers experience. It’s important to us that we don’t talk mechanical jargon to people – we have to speak their language; and we’ve had all kinds of faults described in all kinds of ways!” says Roy with a smile.
