By the year 2000, we had identified a requirement from many of our customers for on-site support. We became aware that many were frustrated being caught between software and hardware support companies, and just wanted to have their problems solved without having to get too involved themselves. Our Field Service department was therefore launched, providing a single point of contact for hardware and software problems. The ASAP group also boasts a software development team providing a wide range of services from website creation to bespoke database systems. Many of our customers are based in Pangbourne, Reading, Newbury and London but we're just as happy providing support to customers around the rest of Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.
