My primary aim at this time was to provide the most professional service possible. Therefore, the first thing I did was to research the carpet cleaning industry, and all the latest cleaning products and machinery. I discovered a training organisation called the National Carpet Cleaning Association (NCCA). I thought it was of great importance, if I was to become a professional carpet cleaner it was essential to be fully trained and qualified in my chosen career. I completed the course and passed exams in carpet and upholstery cleaning and am proud to have been a full member of this association since the very beginning. In being with the NCCA each member must have full public liability and treatment risk insurance. All members are kept up to date with industry developments and many specialist courses are often available.
