The owner of Apple Core Support started working on Apple computers back in the late 80’s at a local Apple dealership in Bournemouth and Poole Dorset. He started off in the workshop fixing Apple II, III and Lisa models then moved onto the Apple Macintosh Range as they started to be produced. Therefore he has worked on pretty much every Macintosh model to ever be produced. Because he has 30 years experience he has covered every version of the Mac OS as they came out. He certified as a Apple engineer in the early 90’s by sitting Apple exams. He has held this accreditation ever since by taking Apple exams on new machines and on new versions of Mac-OS. This way his skills are always up to date letting Apple Core Support be the best at what they do. He joined the Apple Authorised Service Providers Council for a period. Here he and 9 other representatives from Apple dealers around the UK met up with Apple UK service staff. They met at Apple UK headquarters to discuss how things were going between Apple and the dealers. They even took a trip to the Apple spares site in the Netherlands.
