APM will carry out an environmental and Health & Safety risk assessment before each assignment, as part of a planned programme of continuous monitoring, education, record keeping and communication in order to prevent pests causing unacceptable damage to people, property and the environment. A site plan indicating the location of traps and/or bait stations will be made and a copy left with the customer along with the name of any active ingredients and the quantity used.
