We have a skilled team of top rate tradesmen, relevant to your particular project. All our tradesmen are qualified in their particular field with relevant accreditation, and have all undergone our strict vetting policy. Most of our team members have worked with us for many years. You will have continuity of service and, where possible, the same tradesmen will be used throughout the entire project. We aim to make this whole process as hassle free as possible for you: We manage both Architectural design and interior design. We work with RIBA and ARB registered Architects and work in accordance with the RIBA Outline Plan of Work. We liaise with all necessary third parties, such as Structural Engineers and Party Wall Surveyors and we will manage the submission of Planning Permission and Building Regulations.
