A few years ago, when working for another Estate Agent, I was out valuing a house for a client when we got onto the subject of marketing. He turned round and said “well, it doesn’t really matter because all Estate Agents are the same”. I considered this statement for some while and it became the catalyst for me to set up Alistair Redhouse Estate Agents because I felt there were better alternative ways of professionally selling properties, particularly with the use of the latest technology. With a team of like-minded property professionals I set about creating an agency that utilised and embraced modern technology and systems to deliver an efficient, time saving, highly personal and considered service to our customers. Our opening in the spring of 2012 was believed by some to be a risky move due to the difficulties the housing market was experiencing at that time. But far from struggling we survived and thrived.
