My approach is practical, straightforward and supportive. I don’t judge people and I don’t use psycho-jargonâ€. I explain things openly and honestly to help you to understand what is happening. I support you and help you make positive changes in your life, changes you are comfortable with and changes that will help you deal with future problems or issues. Counselling is about helping you to explore the problems or issues you may be facing and to identify ways in which these can be overcome. The counselling process is based on guided discussions, which aim to identify the causes of the issue, how the issue is affecting you, how you feel about it, the options available to you to resolve the issue and which option is best for you.
