Over time, while gaining expertise, experience and training qualifications, Alban Cleaning Services (ACS) grew to cover Hertfordshire, encompassing St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Watford and surrounding areas, employing over 60 operatives on-site daily. As well as contract cleaning, they also provide a fantastic range of cleaning machines. All staff are fully employed by Alban Cleaning and are properly vetted, reference-checked, and where required, hold Enhanced CRB checks. With ID badges and uniform, our staff will lend an air of professionalism to their tasks, something you can expect throughout our operations. We are also now a corporate member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) and are working towards becoming an official training centre. If you’re unhappy with your current cleaning company then we can take over the contract, absorbing the current staff with minimal, unique changes made to their contracts by us as well as imposing stricter working procedures – we call this the Transfer of Undertaking of Protection of Employment, or TUPE for short.
