Airedale Architects was established September 2012, bringing together Mark Larham Architect and Architectural Drawing Solutions. We are a small team of friendly, dedicated and skilled professionals with decades of experience. Our expertise spans across education, retail, social housing, industrial and community sectors of the construction industry as well as private housing. Projects range from new build and extensions to internal alterations and fitouts to technical upgrades of buildings. Our specialist knowledge negotiates ever evolving planning legislation, sustainability and environmental issues and increasingly technical building regulations. Our skills are supplemented by professional consultants including structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, building and quantity surveyors, energy, environmental and ecological consultants and CDM co-ordinators. We also work regularly with several building contractors to ensure our drawings are turned into reality and built to the highest standards.
