The system utilises hands, elbows, knees and legs. All the techniques are developed using both focus mitts and kick pads. Students attending training sessions are able to partake in Thai boxing at differing levels. For example, for fitness and self defence,confidence building or training to partake in competition . Not everyone can be a champion in the ring but we can all aspire to be a champion in life. Students are encouraged through training to develop self discipline, confidence and demonstrate respect towards others. Any students aged 18 and over, interested in full contact competition training will be suitably supported in terms of developing the required fitness ability, technique and discipline. We are also close knit group of passionate people and we also run many social events throughout the year for all students and friends of the club to attend.
