In 2008 I decided to make a career out of it and took a classroom lead IT course with a Microsoft Gold Partner training company. During my time there I also took on the role of voluntary training assistant for new classes, serving as a mentor for candidates as well as repairing and configuring other students’ laptops. I am now a Microsoft Certified Professional with MCSA accreditation. What started off as a hobby has now become a viable business! As a dedicated IT Technician I always aim to provide a high quality of work and an exceptional service at a competitive rate, all made possible by knowledge, experience, hard work and tenacity.
