Psychodynamic, those psychological forces; conscious and unconscious, mental or emotional processes, influence our personality, behaviour, and attitudes. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) of which I use various ‘tools’ including mindfulness, in order to help you make the right choices to achieve your goals. I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling (level 7), from the University of Wales, Newport, BSc Honours in Behavioural Sciences and a Diploma in Alcohol and Drug Counselling. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and I am bound by BACP’s code of ethics. I have various experiences of working as a counsellor in a wide range of settings and I am able to offer counselling to adults and young people. I offer a safe, non-judgmental and confidential service to clients living in the Port Talbot, Neath, Swansea, or Bridgend areas in South Wales.
