When we are in possession of your brief and a set of drawings as existing our creative team will proceed to conceive a design concept. At this stage drawings as proposed will be produced for your approval. With your chosen design we will collate a planning package. As well as including planning drawings, where required we will also produce planning documentation such as; • Design and access statements • Listed Building & Heritage Statements • Pre-contamination assessments
