My language qualifications include a four year B.A. Honours degree in French and Diplomas in Translation and Interpreting from the Institute of Linguists. I also have the Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, which gives helpful insight when working on marketing and promotional assignments. Being a Member of the National Register of Public Service Interpreters (NRPSI) I am qualified to work at the highest level, as required by courts of law, police and health service and have enhanced CRB disclosure. Many years working in the manufacturing industries, including the foundry industry, printing industry, machine tools manufacture, mechanical and electrical engineering, electronics, information technology & radio technology. Extensive experience in the translation of property transactions, surveys etc. Official translation of documents required when moving to France, such as birth & marriage certificates, insurance documents & French administrative formalities.
