Abbie has always had a passion for keeping fit, whether that be taking dance classes from a young age or competing in her school's athletics team. She loves to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with others. In 2011 she qualified as a Level 2 Gym Instructor which led her to realise her love for encouraging people towards their fitness goals. This resulted in her building up multiple qualifications including: Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 2 Kettlebell Instructor, Level 2 Postural Analysis, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Exercise Instructor, TRX® Certified Suspension Trainer, Biomechanics Trainer and Boxercise® Instructor.
