When Graham Johnson set up AbilityPlus in 2007 in Rainham, Kent he did so because people were complaining it was hard to access the best products or get good advice & efficient servicing locally in relation to Mobility products. As a result, many people who desperately needed support were not able to get this, and so weren’t able to enjoy the quality of life to which they were entitled. Graham made it his mission to provide a better and more accessible service to the people of Kent. By listening to what the customers in the Rainham store were seeking from a Mobility dealer, Graham was able to respond positively to their needs, and make sure he and his staff were delivering this consistently. This customer-centric approach worked so well that AbilityPlus now has 4 friendly, customer-focused retail outlets throughout the county, each with fully-trained staff dedicated to understanding their customers’ individual requirements and delivering the best product advice and prices for them. The culture which is instilled from the top down†is that all employees must do their best for every customer.
