We have a strict vetting process when we employ new cleaners so that our customers can be confident in using 24 Carat Cleaning. We require 2 references from previous employers, photo id, proof of address and proof of permission to work in the UK. We also require good levels of spoken English. Our service comes with little extras like ironing at no extra cost and short notice arrangements. You can book a cleaning visit for every day of the week – weekends and bank/public holidays are charged as normal week days. When you use 24 Carat Cleaning you can be sure your property is covered by our comprehensive insurance policy for peace of mind. A copy of the policy is available on request.
