This latest acquisition, 1st Asset Management (1st Assetâ€), presently based in Chelsea, currently operates successful property and block management divisions. This latest company acquisition by Pastor Real Estate enables the full-service real estate company to expand their existing property management business, as well as adding block management to their list of services. The company will relocate to Pastor Real Estate’s head office at 48 Curzon Street. Part of the Monaco-based Pastor group of companies, Pastor Real Estate has substantial experience in property sales, lettings, and management, encompassing both residential and commercial property, in the central London market. Their core business has been predominantly in Mayfair, but increased client demand has prompted a move into other parts of Prime Central London and last year they opened a new Chelsea office to focus on Kensington & Chelsea.
