From our original high street office we noticed a trend, simultaneously, physical footfall was falling and internet enquiries were increasing. We provide excellent service to all clients and tenants, offering bespoke lettings and property management at a competitive rate. Maintaining and repairing is a fundamental part of managing a property. We undertake all aspects of property maintenance and in administering service contracts on behalf of the client. These will typically include such items as gardening and cleaning, day to day maintenance items, drain and gutter clearances, electrical faults, entryphones, fire alarms, etc. All property managers have direct emails and telephone facilities and additional administrative support. One of our main aims at 1 Residential is to make sure leaseholders and directors can just pick up the phone or email their property manager. We do not operate a call centre, you will be put through to people who manage your property, to someone who knows your building. Communication is the key to our success and we pride ourselves on it.
